At Creative Kids Art and Golf Camp, our team is the heart of everything we do. We’re a small, passionate group of educators, creatives, and leaders who believe in making summer unforgettable for every child. We bring a love for what we do, a deep respect for each child’s individuality, and a camp culture built on encouragement, creativity, and fun. Together, we create a safe, inspiring environment where kids can explore, learn, and thrive.

Carla Slater

Art and Camp Leader

Carla is the founder of Creative Kids and a dedicated educator with over 10 years of teaching experience, including a background in Montessori education. She currently teaches visual arts at TASIS and is passionate about inspiring creativity in children. At camp, Carla brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every session, creating a warm and engaging space where young artists can explore their ideas, build confidence, and have fun through art.

Patrik Vestlund

Golf and Camp Leader

Patrik is an experienced camp leader with a background in golf and a passion for creating meaningful experiences for children. After running his own construction company, he brings strong leadership and a hands-on approach to Creative Kids. He has led holiday camps in Sweden and plays a key role in shaping the structure and energy of our program. With a focus on making golf fun and approachable, Patrik helps children build confidence while encouraging teamwork and personal growth.

Tiago Cruz

Golf Professional

Professional player since 2006. He was honored by the FPG as Professional of the Year in 2007, Amateur of the Year in 2005; National Absolute Amateur Champion in 2002 and 2005; National Champion of Professionals in 2014 and 2015. He played on several European professional circuits, namely the European Tour in 2009; Challenge Tour from 2006 to 2010 and 2017 to 2019.

Susana Ribeiro

Golf Professional

Assistant Golf Professional at Penha Longa Resort since 2022. Since 2019, she is working with PGA Portugal and she is working as a sports commentator at Eurosport Portugal. She played on several European professional circuits and World circuits, between 2015 and 2021, namely Ladies European Tour.
